Hazardous Chemical Treatment & Resin Manufacturing Plant

Concentrated acid (98% w/w) received from ISO tanker is stored in acid collection tank , in acid dilution tank concentrated acid is diluted by process water mixing through static mixer is used to proper mixing of acid and water to maintain dilution acid concentration 10 – 15% and heated up to 950C through Heat exchanger . Acid dilution dosing pump is used to transfer the diluted acid solution to respective area. Hypochlorite solution is directly unloaded to hypochlorite tank by hypochlorite transfer pump and transferred to respective process area by Hypochlorite dosing pumps. Concentrated caustic solution is may come in IBC directly in facility. IBC need to be connected to dosing pumps to transfer Caustic to process plant through caustic dosing pumps

Phenol formaldehyde resins (PF) or phenolic resins are synthetic polymers obtained by the polymerization reaction of phenol or substituted phenol with formaldehyde in the presence of a catalyst. Solids and liquid polymers are manufactured by two methods. In first method, excess of formaldehyde is reacted with phenol in the presence of a base catalyst in water solution to yield a low-molecular-weight liquid prepolymer called a resole. And in second method, formaldehyde is reacted with an excess of phenol in the presence of an acid catalyst to produces a solid prepolymer called a novolac. These phenolic resins are widely known as phenol–formaldehyde resins, PF resins and phenoplasts. Phenolic resins are mainly used in the circuit board production that is for making circuit board like PCB, in Electrical equipment also it is needed, Caps, Handles, Buttons, Radio Cabinets, Furniture, Knobs, Vacuum Cleaner, Cameras, Ash Trays, Engine Ignition Equipment
